The Miami Dolphins have moved to fill the defensive vacancy left after losing linebacker Jaylan Phillips in the Jason Pierre-Paul deal on Friday, multiple media outlets reported Monday.
Pierre-Paul, a three-time Pro Bowl defensive end, was signed to the Saints’ practice squad on Thursday and played for New Orleans on Sunday. He had two tackles in the Saints’ 24-15 loss to the Atlanta Falcons.
