The incident occurred on Friday in front of a hotel in the Mahmutlar area. According to the information received, while Ukrainian Dmitry Ts. was sitting in the car, suspects named Murat O. and Elnur B., who drove up on a motorcycle without a license plate, showed him a gun and ordered him to open the car window. When Dmitry Ts. did not give up the bag, the suspects shot at the car, and then took the bag and fled on a motorcycle.
The Ukrainian, who began to pursue the suspects, crashed into a motorcycle after 300 meters. Following reports from eyewitnesses, many gendarmerie and medical teams were sent to the scene. Medical teams arrived at the indicated address and determined that Murat O. and Elnur B. had died. Gendarmerie teams recovered the pistol and spent cartridges during an investigation at the scene.
During the investigation, it became known that the stolen bag contained 35 thousand euros.
