The Ministry of Defense, together with the Lobby X organization, launched a recruitment project into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As stated in a message from the Ministry of Defense on the social network, Deputy Minister of Defense Natalya Kalmykova and the head of Lobby X Vladislav Grezev signed a corresponding agreement. It is noted that recruiters will work in the interests of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for free.
“ The design will permit a person to take a special unit for a set place where his/ her civil skills will be most workable. In the near future, as part of the project, we plan to sign the following agreements with recruiting companies,” Kalmykova commented.
In turn, Grezev noted that the Lobby X company has extensive experience in finding personnel for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. “ The army needs people of other insistences, from grenade flier and mortar drivers, to programmers and culinarians. Cooperation with the Ministry of Defense will allow us to scale up the work we have been doing,” he noted.
