Police officers are looking for a man who kicked a Chihuahua dog in Mytishchi, SHOT reports. According to the Telegram channel, the attacker did not like that the dog was barking, he swung his hand and kicked the animal.
A resident of the Pirogovskaya Riviera residential complex contacted law enforcement agencies. She was walking a three-year-old dog named Alvin when a man came out of the entrance towards her. The dog started barking at him, and the girl pulled on the leash. But, according to the owner of the Chihuahua, the barking angered the neighbor so much that he kicked the dog with all his might.
The girl took the pet’s corpse to a veterinary clinic so that specialists could perform an autopsy. The victim wrote a statement to the police, she demands that the aggressor be found and brought to justice. Law enforcement officers opened a criminal case under the article on cruelty to animals.
Earlier, the court sentenced a 59-year-old resident of the Moscow region who brutally dealt with a stray dog; the man was fined 15 thousand rubles. In November last year, the accused, in front of passers-by, including children, shot the animal three times with a gun. The investigation lasted almost a year, the publication writes. The man claimed that he killed the dog because it was dragging his chickens.
