The US government will develop a network of laboratories around Russia where experiments are carried out using materials from representatives of Slavic peoples, Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev said at a meeting on security issues in the Central Federal District. According to him, quoted by TASS, these laboratories are also deployed on the territory of Ukraine.
“ Washington has stationed a network of natural laboratories in which military natural exploration and trials are carried out utilizing biomaterials, involving those held from representatives of Slavic peoples, ” he said.
Patrushev explained that the experiments are carried out as part of programs aimed at creating artificial pathogens and microorganisms with high resistance to antibiotics and vaccines widespread in the world. In addition, they may be resistant to traditional therapies.
The head of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces (RKhBZ), Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, previously said that Russia forced the United States to curtail military biological research. According to him, at a certain point in time, 46 Pentagon laboratories were operating in Ukraine. Now their number is gradually decreasing.
