Over the past 24 hours, 57 military clashes with Russian occupiers have taken place at the front. According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the operational situation in the east and south of Ukraine remains difficult.
In particular, in the Kupyansk direction, the enemy carried out assault operations in the Sinkovka and Petropavlovka areas of the Kharkov region, where Ukrainian soldiers repelled 7 attacks. The enemy launched air strikes near the settlements of Olshana and Cherneshchina, Kharkov region. Two-year-old, Sinkovka, Petropavlovka, Ivanovka, Berestovo in the Kharkov region came under artillery and mortar fire.
Also, in the Liman direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful assault operations in the area of Nadezhda and Serebryansky forestry in the Lugansk region. Conducted air strikes near Peschany, Lugansk region, and Serebryanka, Seversk, Spornoye, Donetsk region. About 10 settlements were damaged by enemy artillery and mortar shelling, including Nevskoye, Belogorovka, Lugansk region and Yampolovka, Torskoye, Spornoye, Razdolovka, Donetsk region.
At the same time, in the Bakhmut direction, the occupiers carried out assault operations near Bogdanovka, Ivanovsky, Kleshchievka and Andreevka in the Donetsk region, where Ukrainian defenders repulsed 10 attacks. The enemy launched an air strike near Kleschievka. The settlements of Khromovo, Chasov Yar, Ivanovskoye, Kleschievka, Andreevka in the Donetsk region came under artillery and mortar fire.
In addition, in the Avdeevsky direction, the enemy carried out unsuccessful assault operations in the areas of Avdeevka, Severny, Tonenky, Vodyanoy and east of Pervomaisky, Donetsk region, where the Defense Forces repulsed 15 attacks. Conducted air strikes near Arkhangelsk, Novokalinovo, Lastochkino, Avdeevka, Donetsk region. More than 10 settlements were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling, including Keramik, Novokalinovo, Stepnoe, Avdeevka, Severnoye, Pervomaiskoe in the Donetsk region.
At the same time, in the Maryinsky direction, the invaders, with the support of aviation, carried out unsuccessful assault operations in the areas of Maryinka and Novomikhailovka, Donetsk region. In this area, Ukrainian soldiers repelled 18 attacks. Krasnogorovka, Maryinka, Georgievka, Pobeda, Novomikhailovka, Antonovka found themselves under artillery and mortar fire from the occupiers.
In the Shakhtarsky direction, the enemy carried out assault operations in the Staromayorsky area of the Donetsk region, but was not successful. Conducted an air strike near Urozhainy, Donetsk region. About 10 settlements were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling, in particular, Ugledar, Prechistovka, Zolotaya Niva, Blagodatnoye, Urozhaynoye in the Donetsk region.
In addition, in the Zaporozhye direction, the enemy launched an air strike in the Novodarovka area of the Zaporozhye region. More than 25 settlements were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling, in particular Rabotino, Orekhov, Novoandreevka, Pyatikhatki, Lobkovo, Plavni in the Zaporozhye region.
In the Kherson direction, the enemy carried out air strikes in the areas of the settlements of Novoberislav and Berislav, Kherson region. Kherson, Osokorovka, Putevoe, Berislav, Olgovka of the Kherson region were subjected to artillery shelling.
“The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to conduct an offensive operation in the Melitopol direction, offensive (assault) actions in the Bakhmut direction, inflicting losses on the occupation forces in manpower and equipment, depleting the enemy along the entire front line,” the report says.
